okay, this scares me: britishisles - it's a community for people who want to be british or move to britain.

i can't help but think... why?

trust me, people. it sucks here.

(although, then again, i'm pretty sure if i ever did move to america, i'd miss fish and chips, and traditional english beaches [they are the only place in the world with that distinctive smell...] and eastenders [*ducks*] and british comedy...)

but then, that's what i have you lot for, right? ;)

me and my boyfriend were discussing (in the shower) about how none of the money we have is real. The paper we hand around is just pretty IOUs and when money is in the bank it is only computer figures.
