GoogleMaps has finally updated its aerial views of Birmingham to include both Pigeon Park (with new pathways since the renovation) and the Bull Ring, Selfridges, etc.

This has been long overdue, and it makes me rather stupidly happy.  Even though I hate the Bull Ring, at least it's actually on the satellite views now, rather than the big wasteland that was there before.  I only went looking because I realised the aerial view of my mum's house had changed from last time (the blue car isn't there any more, but you can make out the gravel in the back garden)...

Whee!

At some point I must make lots of GoogleMap icons.  Just because they're fun.
