Something Vaguely Resembling an Update
Feb. 28th, 2010 03:53 pmMy time off is nearly over, with just Monday and Tuesday to go... I've not done very much with it other than cleaning and tidying and very little else...
This weekend, however, Eni came up to Birmingham and we inflicted various forms of televisual entertainment upon her, including Life on Mars series 1, the beginning of Jonathan Creek (as per my Cunning Plan to make her finish watching it and thus write me some fanfic, bwahaha), a couple of episodes of Flight of the Conchords and the entirety of The Trapdoor.
The latter was certainly an adventure. It posed several existential queries, a couple of random crossover casts, and there was even slash - disturbing and incredibly random slash.
As a result of this, and because Paul was watching the football, I decided to make some Trapdoor icons... I am also supposed to try and draw The Thing Upstairs from the various characteristics mentioned (he has several heads, three lumps on his back, several nostrils, wings, smelly feet, etc...) but that will have to wait.

Anyway, tomorrow Paul and I are going to register with a new surgery and then hopefully going to see The Lovely Bones, with any luck without annoying talking people ruining the experience...
