teylaminhwell, i've got the music for monday night. it's now safe to say i'm even more terrified...
they did graciously put two of the pieces (of about nine...) onto a tape for me, but most of the music doesn't correspond with the tape and... okay, i think i'm actually coming down with a cold again, despite having only just had one, and if it turns into a cough that would be much better because i can sing with a cough.
also, i need a piano. it's impossible to learn something without a piano unless you really do have perfect pitch. i have semi-perfect pitch when i'm given a starting chord... starting chords sort of imbed the key signature in your brain so you don't make lots of horrible semi-tonal errors... at least, they do if you're me.
so, post-singing post on monday will either be jubilant and hyperactive, or wanting-the-world-to-swallow-me...
