Dragonfruit.
Mar. 11th, 2008 01:24 pmPaul and I tried the dragonfruit last night.
In typical ironic style, my body completely accepted the texture of the fruit, but I disliked the (lack of) flavour intensely. The actual fruit states of literally nothing (quite disappointing, as it looks so interesting) but the little black seeds tasted bitter and weird.
I can't win, can I? I either like the flavour but not the texture, and when I find something I can cope with the texture of, it tastes of ming.
So yeah - don't buy dragonfruit, it's very expensive for an ultimately disappointing flavour.
Still have to try the pineapple and oranges... and should probably stick those apples in a smoothie before they go off...
