I take it that, that is the list of the nations fav books. Anyway loving that the Harry Potter books are listed seperatly where as the dark material trilogy is listed as that rather than the individual ones, giving far more respect to Phillip Pullman, since by calling it the serise by its name it is expected that everyone knows what it is about

Doesn't make any difference to my comment really, his books got lumped together which means that it is assumened that everyone knows what the books are about. Thats one in the eye for ms rowlin

41. i beat you?? but youre an english student?? and ive seen the films/plays/series of more :-)
how are you? will you be in birmingham in august? i might actually make it up there for more than a couple of days at a time. it would be great to see you again (sorry this is getting repetitive now :-P).

and yeah, i should be in brum for most, if not all of august, although the week from the 11th to the 16th is a no-go since that's my mum's time off and we'll probably be doing stuff. other than that...

also, yes, i'm an english student. except it's a new(ish) course so we get to read bizarre modern things mostly, and i don't have time to read for myself...
