I probably won't cut out food groups, per se, but I want to see if there's any kind of trigger for my stomach playing up, really... I suspect it's mild IBS as that can be triggered by stress and it kicked off just after starting my new job.

I've made steps to cut out bad stuff like cola and sugar-rich soft drinks (as demonstrated on Tuesday when I had a bag of sweets and my brain shut down 20 minutes later) and got the smoothie maker with the intention of replacing crisps with fruit in that way, but I need to work on my veggie intake... It's just gaining the courage to try new things, and being limited by never liking peas no matter how often I try them... ;)

My weight isn't increasing, either, I'm just level at 11st. I was 8.5st at Uni so I just want to shift some of it, or at the very least shift the flab. :) Hence, new year's resolution to join the gym.
