LOL @ the middle making no sense. I kinda think that's the point of dreams... at least, y'know, the ones that aren't obscenely obvious. But I totally bet your subconscious was thinking of that line, even if you weren't. Did Ellen at any point make the point that pencil skirts are worth a little suffering?
I do love those sorts of dreams, though; the ones that aren't bad and stick with you even after the details go. My most recent Farscape one was just like that, and it was awesome.
