okay, this scares me: britishisles - it's a community for people who want to be british or move to britain.

i can't help but think... why?

trust me, people. it sucks here.

(although, then again, i'm pretty sure if i ever did move to america, i'd miss fish and chips, and traditional english beaches [they are the only place in the world with that distinctive smell...] and eastenders [*ducks*] and british comedy...)

but then, that's what i have you lot for, right? ;)

that only works if you live in scotland, if you are english and go to a scottish uni you still have to pay tution fees, and also, mini rant if they wasnt to abolish tuition fees fine i'm all for it but at least let them not take money from the non scottish tax payer, which they are doing, in doing so.
